Very clean. Very modern. Great location for easy walking and exploring. Fully equipped kitchen (everything you could need, including salt and pepper and cleaning supplies, which hasn’t been the case at other aparthotels we’ve stayed at this trip). The ‘shared’ patio was a nice touch. The only minor issue was noise transfer from guests walking upstairs-thankfully, they went to bed the same time as we did ;-). Would stay there again.

Nice and spacious room with a beautiful balcony. Island seating was a great bonus & location couldn’t have been better. < 5mins walking distance to city centre with restaurants directly downstairs and a market across the street. Laundry pods were included which was helpful, but small bathroom and a few stains on carpet/broken drapes. Overall, great spot that we would come back to!

The location of property was excellent . Close to walk to many places and good restaurants same area. Our apartment was third floor but stairway wide and safe. AC was perfect . Unit included washer which was very helpful . Unit itself very spacious . Shower was very very small , which can be expected in many European countries . I felt very safe and comfortable in area and unit . According to listing /pictures I had thought that there was an outdoor space to be shared , but that was not the case and for one unit only . I would stay here again and recommend . Communication via what’s app very quick .

I'd give this hotel a 5 star but there were three main things that could have been better: Our door didn't lock well, we constantly had to make sure the door was locked and played a bit with the handle. There was a green light right on top of the door that was not pleasant at the moment of sleeping and finally the AC made a weird noise, that needs to be checked. All these things weren't deal breakers, but it's be nice that the property looked into it and get it fixed.

Location: central, walkable to main sights, lovely shops and restaurants on next street, grocery stores close by Cleanliness: Spotless! Even inside cupboards and drawers were wiped clean. Maintenance was inspecting fire extinguishers. Property seems meticulously maintained. Amenities: small functional kitchen with everything we needed, washer/dryer were appreciated, outdoor terrace for relaxing. Would recommend!

Great location, close and walking distance to tourist attractions (Also cheap to get around with Bolt.) Great apartment. Nice terrace. but we couldn't use it because a renovation when we were there (April 2026) Minus: There was an emergency exit light inside the apartment that gave a bright green light so it wasn't dark in the room and it was hard to sleep because of it. Can really recommend a visit to Jardim do Morro to see the sunset and also the Marcado do Bolhão market. Many cozy little restaurants nearby. Porto is an amazing city!

To begin with, there was a little bit of a problem with the check-in process, where their code generative system did not work until the last minute. It is to say I was very stressed initially since I had no idea what's going on, and I did not get my codes until the moment that I entered the door, literally. The place is great and serve served its purpose. Location is excellent, it needs to be mentioned. The communication went well most of the time. Some of the requests were ignored, little things like missing tools or things in the kitchen. Not much of the expense on either part, but I ended up buying them myself, since even when we administrator promised, I will have it done, in the end, it was no action on the part. I was told to expect things like this to happen in Portugal.

The studio was just as pictured and furnished Lovely. It was also very clean and lots of shopping to walk too. On weekends the are craft fairs with local items to buy across the street. Lots of places to party but our room was very quiet. I’d definitely stay there again.
Lots of places to dine close by.
Beautiful tile work across the street
Our favorite place for breakfast called the Lazy Cafe. Just short walk from where we were staying.

Nice place and good location. Easy entry once you figure it out. Was quiet and apartment feel was nice. If traveling with 3 make sure you get the right room. Probably user error but our 21 son slept on the floor. :)

Bit of a clunky online checkin process but we got there. Property is clean and tidy. We had a rear room so street noise was minimal, but the floors are bouncy wood and you will hear other guests walking around and doors closing. It is in a belt of bars and restaurants so expect others coming and going at odd hours. Very small hot water heater, so wife had two cold showers when trying to wash her hair. No issues with me however. Also is only a dribble from kitchen sink, so difficult when washing dishes. NO DRYER, only a washing machine and a clothes rack. Listing needs changing to reflect that. That was the reason we booked this property over others. Location was handy enough to dinning and the metro. City is however walkable. Overall, a clean and tidy spot to stay.

Great aparthotel. Excellent communication. We had a problem with the Aircon leaking when we arrived home in the evening. We let them know via WhatsApp and they moved us immediately. Really top class service! Also worth mentioning, this is in the coolest part of Porto with brilliant bars, restaurants and it is walkable to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful, tasteful designed, clean and had everything we needed (loved the little housekeeping kit, very thoughtful!) The communication was quick and on point. If you are a light sleeper be aware of a noisy area and that you can hear everything through the walls. We got used to that after a short time, so it wasn't a big deal for us. We spent a great time there.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the property - great location, clean and tidy room including a modern TV, kitchen and bathroom and nice outdoor area that gets a good amount of sun during the day. They were also responsive when the shower became blocked. A couple of areas I hope they can improve for future guests - there were a number of slats loose on the bed we had to adjust and had caused the mattress to slump in the middle. Also there was an exit sign that let off quite a bit of green light, meaning the room was never very dark and we had to sleep with eye masks.

The property was in a great location with plenty of dining options including a great brunch place Just downstairs. The apartment was lovely and spacious and nicely appointed . We had a few issues with using the passcodes to get into the building and apartment but we eventually sorted it out with the help of the fabulous CA Downtown cafe owner. A downside of the apartment was the bed sloped towards the middle and there were no cleaning supplies such as washing up detergent, wash up cloth or tea towel. There was also no drying rack so we needed to take the washing to laundry for driers. Overall a great place to stay on Porto

Die Aussenjalosie zum Balkon war defekt. Am zweiten Tag wurde sie vom Handwerker geschlossen und dadurch der Balkon blockiert. Danach war das Zimmer tagsüber dunkel und ungemütlich. Der Balkon konnte nie benutzt werden. Ich möchte eine Erstattung eines Teils des Gesamtpreises zurückfordern. Vielen Dank

Great location and in walking distance to everything. Most things are less than a 10 minute walk from the property. Very clean and cute apartment. At night you could hear the sounds of people talking on the street, but it didn’t bother me personally. There was a washer/dryer and they provided laundry pods. The machine didn’t dry the clothes properly so we had to hang dry them. It also would not unlock unless the entire cycle was finished. The only other thing that annoyed me with the property was that the door to the apartment was tedious to get into due to the keypad being temperamental, BUT when we called them about it they let us in remotely and then followed up with us on the issue a few hours later. Overall it was a great stay and I consider us so lucky that we got to stay in this cute apartment in the center of Porto
