Located in the heart of Porto Azzurro, Casa Francesca sits on a quiet central street, just steps from the main square and seafront. It’s the ideal spot for enjoying the town on foot, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the marina.

The apartment is part of a well-kept building. Inside, the furnishings are simple yet comfortable, designed to offer a pleasant and practical stay.

It features a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a French bed, and a living room with a sofa bed. It also includes an equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, fridge, TV.

Important Notes:

We recommend the accommodation for families with a maximum of 3 adults accompanied by children.

Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Late arrivals after 7:30 p.m. are accepted with a €40.00 surcharge.

Check-out: by 9:00 a.m.

Linen: bed and bath linen is not provided. Rental is available if requested at least 7 days before arrival. €40 for a double set, €20 for a single set. Linen must be picked up exclusively at our office in Portoferraio.
