$10 parking fee was a bit of a surprise. Make sure to read the fine print as this was buried as "fee for parking" but no exact details to speak of. Need to have parking "validated" but this does not take away the fee...only allows you to get in and out of the lot. NO breakfast...should have stayed at the hotel across the way as there was free breakfast there. NO Elevators at all and was placed on the second floor and with a bad knee was hard to get up and down. Hallways smelled of smoke and carpets were old and dingy. I guess you get what you pay for but with the $10 parking should have stayed across the street as parking was free and continental breakfast was available. Lesson learned.

No breakfast provided, paid parking. I must have not read the full description upon booking or these items were left out. $10/day parking and no breakfast provided. They share the same parking lot with 2 other hotels. The benefit? They gave me free parking and validated my card since I was only there from midnight to 7am. So the service was good and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The front desk was friendly, communicative and accommodating. The room was very clean and the location was convenient to get to an early flight at PDX. Parking wasn’t free, but I didn’t have much flexibility to shop around. Overall, it served it’s purpose of being a place to crash for 7 hours between flights. The staff made it worth staying again for sure.

The hotel counter person on the 9th was extremely unhelpful and borderline rude. Seemed to berate me for not understanding the parking system. I overheard conversations with other guests that demonstrated the same poor attitude. The person at the counter on the 4th was professional and welcoming.

Very friendly staff, and for the price of the room it was very clean and updated. Free shuttle to airport and shuttle was early, I highly recommend!

Overall pretty decent place to stay. Only issue I had were the blinds don’t cover the light from coming in all that well at night. The light coming in from the parking lot hits you right dab in the face. Other than that it was a nice cozy hotel to stay in

The room key failed 4 times in 3 days. Numerous items were broken in the room including door safety latch. Wasn t told about paid parking validation until I checked out.
