Excellent 1-bedroom apartment for holidays at Praia da Rocha, with partial sea views and set within a private condominium with 2 swimming pools, children's playground, tennis court, garden and restaurant. Located just 120 metres from Praia da Rocha beach.

Comprising entrance hall, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with 2 sofa beds and bedroom with double bed. Air conditioning (hot and cold), cable TV and WI-FI.

The apartment has sea views from the living room balcony, where you can enjoy a wonderful sunset.



The apartment has a parking space, uncovered, outside the building.



NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies).



It is PROHIBITED for any type of external service providers to enter the local accommodation.



At a short distance from the apartment there are supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, commercial areas, etc.



- A deposit of EUR 400 is required at the time of arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made within 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.



TOURIST TAX IN PORTIMÃO:

In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all reservations, guests must pay in cash at check-in:

- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) €2 per person, per night.

- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) €1 per person, per night.



Obs:

- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, being charged only to guests aged 13 years or over.



- Expenses for water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (€60 for 30 days of booking).

Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to determine consumption for the booking period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).

Any consumption that exceeds the included value must be settled by guests with Nuris2u on the day before departure, in cash.

Included values for electricity and water in each 30-day booking according to accommodation type:

T1: Electricity - 130 kWhs and Water - 6 m³.

Should the excess not be settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the deposit value.



PAYMENT: Payment must be made using a physical credit card (not virtual), and you will need to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.
