Late check-out (only upon request and subject to availability): between 12h and 15h – 250€; between 15h and 17h30 – 500€; after 17h30 – full price.



Any necessary or requested intermediate cleaning for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning, except for the complimentary 3 hours cleaning on every third, seventh, tenth and so forth day.



For stays equal or longer than 28 days, the law does not oblige to any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly clean using our service providers will be mandatory and it will have the same cost as per the announced final cleaning.



For stays equal or longer than 28 days, water, electricity and gas expenses are not included and will be on-charge to guests.
