The house is located in the typical village of Alqueva, with narrow cobbled streets. Recently renovated to provide every comfort, it maintains the original architectural design, opening onto a small patio that illuminates the interior space.

The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, TV and a double bed. It is also equipped with air conditioning and a wood stove.

￫ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster and espresso coffee machine (coffee not included).

￫ Bathroom:
The house has a bathroom with a shower.

￫ Courtyard
The house has a pleasant patio with barbecue, swimming pool and dining table.

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the property with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

Alqueva, a serene village in Portugal, captivates with its rustic charm and tranquil beauty. Situated amid rolling landscapes, it's known for its mesmerizing reservoir, the Alqueva Lake, the largest artificial lake in Europe. The village exudes an aura of timelessness, where traditional architecture coexists harmoniously with modern elements. Its cobblestone streets wind through the heart of history, while the pristine waters offer opportunities for leisurely boat rides or stargazing by night. Alqueva invites you to relish its serene ambiance, where old-world allure meets contemporary allure.

Given the village's rural nature, it's more convenient to have access to a private vehicle for exploring the surrounding area and reaching nearby attractions.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The cleaning fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bill consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
