Being on the GROUND-FLOOR with no steps to navigate, you'll also find a lighted pedestrian walkway with a boardwalk ramp that takes you all the way to the beach where you can enjoy the beautiful sounds of the water and sun.

Sit in the living room and watch the waves in the morning and the beautiful sunsets in the evenings.

If you would like to have meals (breakfasts, lunches, or and/or dinners) catered, we can make that happen for you too! Just inquire and we'll share the details and connect you with the right vendors. Also, rental companies also offer delivery of beach chairs, golf carts, bikes, beach carts, etc. We're happy to get you in touch,

Also, when you arrive, we'll be glad to have your favorite groceries waiting for you. You're free to order what you need utilizing your Instacart account (w/multiple stores options) or your Walmart delivery account as well. Just be sure to require a code and your host will be glad to receive the items the day you're arriving to ensure you're first morning isn't spent at the grocery store!

A few reminders for your trip:

Guests MUST be 30 years old to book and must be present during the stay.

There is absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the porch, or anywhere on the property. Unfortunately guests will be evicted immediately if smoking occurs.

A starter set of basic toiletries (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, etc.) are provided for your convenience. Please plan on purchasing additional items depending on how long you stay.

We provide each guest with a a bath towel, washcloth, and a hand towels, but of course we have a washer and dryer at your disposal. We ask that you please take care of our linens during your stay! If there are any stains, let us know so our cleaning team can work on keeping them in pristine shape. For longer stays, additional towels can be provided. You may want to bring some extra towels if staining might be a concern.

- Our high speed Wi-fi utilized fiber optics, but outages can occur, so plan on using a mobile hotspot or make other arrangements should that happen since it can be out of our control. TVs are in each room and do require Wi-fi.

- ID Verification will be required before checking in.

- This home is not pet friendly. We reserve the right to exclude or remove a service animal if it is out of control, not housebroken, or poses a direct threat to the health and safety of others.
ESAs are not allowed at all, however, legitimate service animals are if they are indeed a legitimate service animal. Keep in mind, under Florida law, falsely representing an animal is a trained service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a second-degree misdemeanor. Penalties include up to 60 days in jail, a fine of up to $500, and mandatory completion of 30 hours of community service for an organization that serves individuals with disabilities.
Should you have a need for a pet friendly space, it would be best for you to identify a property to suit your needs that allows pets or Emotional Support Animals.

Inside unit, on front porch, and guest parking area. If you've got a mid-sized boat and a trailer, we may have room for you to park too!

Other important things to note:
Please keep in mind we wish very much for our guests to have a wonderful trip, however, if the house rules are broken, the guest could be evicted and booking fees forfeited in accordance to VRBO regulations. We just want to provide a wonderful place for guests to stay and keep it nice for others to come later! Thank you so much for respecting the property and our belongings :).

Please utilize the VRBO messenger to upload a clear photo of your government issued ID right after booking or email it to the host.

No candles or flames are allowed. There is a fire pit and starter wood is provided. Please don't leave the fire unattended. Also, if it's windy or there is a local "burn ban" in place, the fire pit can't be used. A charcoal grill is provided for your use and we ask that you utilize the charcoal starter unit rather than lighter fluid to ensure safety. Hot items are not to be put on the picnic table.

Trash should be put in trash bags and put in outside bin each day and not kept inside. No loose food or liquids should be put in garbage bins - everything should always go into a trash bag. Please plan on purchasing trash bags although 2 will be provided for your convenience.

Only toilet paper should be put in toilets. Other paper items or feminine products should be put into the trash and NOT down the toilet. Everything is in working order, so if there is a plumbing issue, the guest could be subject to the expense of the repair should a plumber discover anything other than toilet paper was placed in the commode.

Fish bones, shells, vegetable skins, etc. should go into the garbage can in a trash bag and not put down the disposal. Please try to keep large chunks of food from going into disposal to ensure it remains in top working order. If the garbage disposal is damaged, the guest is subject to the expense of having it repaired or replaced.

No beach towels with sand can be washed in the washing machine or put into the dryer. Please just shake them out and hang them up on the line.

Nothing is to be removed from the house or taken down to the beach.
No furniture is not to be rearranged and no furniture inside the unit is to be brought outside.

Wet towels and clothes should be hung outside on the clothesline and not on furniture or beds (inside or outside).

Absolutely no hair dye, nor paint of any kind, glitter, or confetti should be used either inside or outside the unit.

Wine glasses are to be hand washed and NOT put into the dishwasher so they don't break. They're new!

Each guest is allowed to have an adult family member or adult friend visit during the day, but they are not to stay overnight. A maximum amount of 4 guests are allowed to sleep in the unit.

Loud and boisterous behavior or blaring music is subject to guest eviction and law enforcement being contacted. Remember, you're a guest in our home and we want to also be considerate to the neighbors.

We are happy to host you as our guests and will do everything we can to make your stay a relaxing and fun experience! We've worked very hard to provide upscale linens, bedding, cookware, and furnishings for your enjoyment and kindly ask that you respect our property so it stays in great shape. Thanks so much!
