At Salt Water and Sand it's summer all year long! With high powered jets and heating up to 105 degrees, use our 7-seater hot tub to set the preferences to your liking, and just relax. When you're ready to explore the beach, enjoy the exclusive private walkout to your personal beach retreat. Go snorkeling, fishing, boating & swimming, as you are only steps away from the sea. Don't forget to take our complimentary 5x beach seats, sun ninja tent, umbrellas, boogie boards, and a multitude of water/outdoor games and equipment located in the carport closet on the left side of the home. Let the oceanfront become your pool! During the day, enjoy the wonderous blue ocean views. In the night, look up to explore some of the clearest views of the stars and the galaxy. Use our private hot/cold shower with spray nozzle to wash out the sand, and once you are ready, head inside to enjoy your home away from home. Pets are welcome with a $125 Pet Fee added when booking.

Upon entrance of the home, immediately access all 3 floors of the home with our full-service Elevator. With 3 Master Bedrooms w/ King beds, 2 bunk beds, 1 twin trundle bed, and a pull-out sofa, this enchanting 2,388 sq. ft property provides a cozy retreat for 13 guests. All bedrooms at our property have a personal oceanfront view! All of your guest will thoroughly enjoy the experience of ocean views from each of their rooms. The 3 full bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers for added convenience, with an additional half-bath on the 3rd floor living room. Our balcony decks accommodate outdoor seating for up to 24 guests. Watch the sunrise or sunset while in your rocking chair sipping the hot/cold drink of your choice. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner while basking in the glorious ocean view with our outdoor 6 seater table. Better yet, use the new Weber Genesis 3-burner gas grill on the 3rd floor balcony to serve all three, or to cook that fresh catch of the day from the ocean. Our 2 oceanfront balconies offer some of the widest and most expansive ocean views along northern shoreline that you will see at Cape San Blas.

Our property includes 1 Gig of high-speed internet and excellent indoor/outdoor Wi-Fi coverage. Stay connected throughout your vacation and stream movies and TV in 4K with 120+ channels included with our complimentary YouTube TV subscription across all rooms. Use our Roku enabled TV's to stream any other app that you prefer with your personal subscription. With powerful/fast internet, you can work remotely and reliably. When you are not working, a host of entertainment options are waiting for you to explore, including a new Simpsons and Capcom Arcade on the 3rd floor!

Step off the elevator on to the 3rd floor, and access our beautiful living room and fully equipped kitchen with Samsung electric stove, microwave, utensils, glasses, pots, and pans to use at your preference. Utilize the full quartz countertop with peninsula to make coffee with the included Keurig, or to make bagels quickly for the family with the 4-slice toaster.
