We loved our stay. The location is perfect and the view from the bedroom balcony is lovely. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the day at the beach and relaxing time indoors. The bathrooms were all set up with soap and shampoo, which was a nice surprise. There was plenty of room to spread out and our college kids loved the pickleball courts and pool at the property. We will definitely be back.

This was a good house in barrier dunes. You could see & hear the gulf. The bedrooms were nice & roomy as was the living room. It was located very close to both pools, beach access, & the pickleball courts. We had use of chairs & toys which was great & meant we didn’t have to pack as much. There were some things that need repairing & the 3rd floor bedroom doesn’t have a door which was fine with us but may not be to others. We had good family trip.

Had a great experience here. Host was very responsive. Home was comfortable and clean. Also, it was well stocked with essentials which just helps a lot! Thanks for the great time!

Wonderful stay for our spring break vacation. Very clean, well appointed. Close to the beach with all hints needed for a peaceful day at the beach. Kids also loved the pool. Wonderful community. Owners were very responsive and made for a very enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was neat and clean and had all that we needed and more. The use of the beach wagon was a plus for us as we had a baby and gear to take back and forth to the pool and beach. It was a VERY short walk to the pool and from the pool, a VERY short walk to the beach. I was expecting a long walk, but it wasn’t at all. We tried some of the local food, and it was delicious. We also loved how quiet and family friendly this location was. If you’re looking for great views, quiet location, and a place to make memories with family and/or friends, I highly recommend this place! 2 Recommendations: 1. Rent a golf cart early as I think it would have been nice to explore. We waited too late to get one. 2. There’s a general store that has what you need, but if you want to spend less on groceries, stop by the Piggly Wiggly or Dollar General in Port St. Joe before going in.

The condo was very dirty and had a bad mildew smell throughout. The sheets were dirty with stains and full of sand. Furniture was dingy and dirty with stains. Pictures online do not match the condo. Host was responsive but would not give me a full refund after having these problems. Was given less than half of my money back and had to pack up my family and book a different place to stay.

Great vacation spot

Beautiful home with plenty of space and amazing views of the beaches. Enjoyed our stay there and definitely will be returning.

Booked the trip to take our dog to the beach. Very easy to get to and from the beach. Place had everything we needed. Had to be careful on the decks as they are worn down, but otherwise would stay there again.

Thanksgiving

Great location and great place to stay. Kitchen had all the pots and pans and dishes we needed. Furniture and beds were comfy. The Clubhouse pool and beach are a short walk away

February stay

We had a wonderful stay! The host was most responsive and had wonderful neighbors! We loved staying so close to the state park. The home was every bit as advertised.

Awesome place

The overall trip was awesome. Perfect family spot no bars and tourist all over the place. This is a place to relax enjoy the weather and family. Will visit again

Comfortable and spacious

With 3 large bedrooms each with their own bath and and half bath on the main, the place was spacious and comfortable. Good kitchen, well equipped. Love the location next to the state park.

Definitely Staying Here Again

Best VRBO we have stayed in, I highly recommend it! We came last minute and the host was so accommodating. Nice views, great location, crystal clean and comfortable. I'll definitely book again

This is a great townhouse so close to the beach. Easy walking distance to several beach access points. Well kept and the views from the 3rd and 4th floor bedrooms are great! Good communication from the owner.

Amazing get away

Thank you for the great place to stay! We enjoyed everything and the owners where very responsive to any concerns we had, which were very minimal. The owners did an amazing job with the setup and amenities! We will definitely be back!

Spring Weekend Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in cape San blas! The beaches were gorgeous! Pools were great! Playground was nice! Very convenient to stay park boat ramp. Condo was extremely clean and hosts were easy to get in touch with.

Had a great time

Easy, quick walk to the beach. Clean property. Little tight on parking but bonus parking lot just a few feet down the road. We would stay there again.
