Welcome to the beach house of your dreams! This brand new, single-level, custom-built home is located on beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida, and is ready to be your next home away from home. You will be situated in the Ocean Haven subdivision and only 200 steps to the white sandy beaches. The enclosed outdoor shower will work wonders when you come back home from the beach.

Outdoor living is a huge deal here! The oversized front porch overlooks St. Joe Bay and the back porch overlooks the private pool, which features a wet tanning ledge and a generous deck. The front porch has custom-built seating you will enjoy, while the back porch has a propane grill and a new dining table, chairs, and a bench - perfect for alfresco dining!

This gorgeous home boasts a sunny and airy open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is complete with new appliances, including a wine refrigerator. There is plenty of counter space to work on, so put on the chef's apron and let your creativity flow! Then, once mealtime is over, gather in the living area to unwind and watch a favorite series on the large smart TV by utilizing your streaming login. This area offers comfortable sofas throughout. The back living area near the bunk room offers a second space for both kids and adults to relax, watch TV, read, and play games.

This home is ideal for families traveling with kids! There is a bedroom with three bunk beds and a full-size bath right next door. Additionally, you will find a Pack N' Play, a highchair, and kid-friendly dinnerware, games, and books. Three of the four bedrooms have custom-designed en suite baths and all bedrooms have large smart TVs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Family Summer Vacation

The house was perfect for our family. 6 adults and 6 children 19 months to 8 years old. We loved everything about the house and pool. The house had everything we needed. The distance to the beach was great. We would stay there again.

Perfect home but needs child locks on doors

This was the second year we rented this home. We love the single level. The 4 little ones ages 6 and under did not need a lot of steps to fall down so it is perfect for our needs. I am also recovering from total knee replacement so it was great for me too! The kids loved the pool! It was refreshing after a long day on the beach. The house is well equipped though we would have loved an air fryer but we made do. It was very clean upon our arrival but we did encounter drain flies in the bathroom for first bedroom on right. Some were dead on the floor and some were flying around. There was also a few worms in the toilet in that same room. This was not a real problem though and easily dealt with quickly. I also suggest child locks on both doors. We travel with an autistic 5 year old and he can easily get out the door to the pool or out the front door. This had us on alert at all times even at night as he does not sleep through the night sometimes. We will be purchasing travel locks/ alarms for future trips. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect Family Getaway

The layout of the house is perfect for multiple families traveling together. All bedrooms have a bath and are located on the 4 corners of the house, divided by 2 living rooms, kitchen and dining. Front and back decks are perfect for hanging out in the evenings, and the pool area was great when you are done with the sand from the beach. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful house

Looks just like pictures! Rooms are at each corner so plenty of personal space. 2 family room areas so perfect for board game playing and movie watching. Pool was a perfect ending to our day at the beach. Some weeding needed around pool area. Would definitely come back!

Lovely House but undependable appliances

The house was lovely and very clean. However, we intentionally rented a house with a washer and dryer. The washing machine would not complete cycles, so laundry could not be done. We began reporting the problem on Monday evening. We called every day and no repairman was sent and no return phone call to us was ever made. Very disappointing. We would not have made these reservations if we had known the appliances were undependable. The refrigerator was also making noises. Thank goodness it lasted until we left.

Amazing Thanksgiving Beach Retreat

We absolutely loved the house, pool and location! Short walk to the beach, half via sand path and half via boardwalk path. Bedrooms/bathrooms and living spaces were perfect for our two families staying for the holiday. Kids enjoyed the pool, even though it was a bit chilly (a heated pool would have been awesome for the adults!). Provided beach towels were greatly appreciated! The only thing that would have made things even better would be improved selection of cooking and baking ware since we were celebrating Thanksgiving. Although, Vacasa very kindly left a tray of goodies on the porch a few days ahead of the holiday, which was an excellent added touch of hospitality!

Extremely happy!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The layout of the house is perfect! We all thought the house was extremely clean. Our family spent many hours by the pool and on the back porch. Beach access is a short 5 minute walk. We would definitely love to come back! Only small suggestion - larger coffee pot! 😊

Comfortable with Beach Nearby

Very clean and it had a nice size pool. The kitchen had everything that we needed. There was seating for 16 to eat, with plenty of dishware for everyone. The beds were comfortable and the two common areas were nice. The location is set back from the road and there is a path to the beach from the back. The beach is an easy walk of 2 to 3 "blocks" along a sandy path that has a very gentle hill. Public access to the beach is by a well marked boardwalk.

Loved Cape San Blas

The house is great and the Cape is even better! The only downside is the walk to the beach. It's not overly far, but also not the easiest pathway to navigate with beach gear.

Book the vacation

We had a wonderful week stay at "Lovely Day". The property is brand new and has everything you will need for a great vacation. Only a few suggestions would be adding more lounge chairs around the pool(only having 2 is not ideal with a couple families staying) and a heater would be nice at the pool, its freezing! We are definitely going to miss our morning walks down to the beach and the overall laid back vibe of the cape. We will definitely be back!

Quite lovely!

Beautiful home on a gorgeous lot with a cute tropical quick trail to the beach. This home makes you feel like royalty with the sparkling kitchen, luscious walk in stone showers , charming decor, and overall cutting edge design. A screened in porch is the only thing missing, because the bugs can be bothersome at times. But the front and back porch are quite lovely with comfortable furniture to enjoy coffee and meals.
