New barndo in the Espiritu Santo Bay subdiv. in the heart of POC. This 4/3 has a King Bed in the Primary and Queens in the other 3 bedrooms plus a nice upstairs lounge area with comfortable seating and TV, downstairs kitchen and living. Pet Friendly home meaning bring up to 2 dogs and pay $35 per night for each pet. New build in an easy access location of town! Feel at home in this lovely addition to our rental pool. BBQ Smoker Charcoal out back in the small East facing yard (will be fenced at a later date) and enjoy all of POC has to offer. Garage IS NOT open access to guests.

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. GUESTS SHOULD BRING WITH THEM THE FOLLOWING: personal toiletries, beach towels, food, and paper towels, if desired. Provided linens cannot be removed or used outside the property.

TRAVEL PROTECTION: If you have an unexpected issue and need to cancel or change dates for your trip or if we have a rain event from weather threats like thunderstorms, cold fronts or hurricanes and you are wondering about rescheduling or moving dates or cancelling we recommend TRIP INSURANCE or TRAVEL PROTECTION to cover these issues.
