Property is in a great location close to beach, bowls club and can walk to town if you need too

Bedding that is in apartment needs washing and pillows need replacing. TV is not a smart TV poor sound and picture. Need to bring all essentials with you including bedding ie hand wash, shampoo, toilet rolls, hairdryer, towels etc Great location, very easy walking distance to town, cafes and restaurants.

Thanks to the owners for providing everything to make it feel that you are at home. We spent 10 days and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in the unit. It is old but certain areas have been updated making it comfortable. Spacious lounge, dining area and good kitchen, laundry with all the necessary equipment. There is easily room for four people but the hot water service is small, so we had to take care of how much we used. The queen bed was reasonably comfortable and the bedroom has lots of storage space. You do need to bring all your own linen which was not a problem, or this can be hired. The deck area is spacious. The nearby road can be a bit noisy at night on the weekends. You can walk to the Bowling Club or beach in a few minutes or into town in 15 minutes - very handy. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the unit if you don't expect modern glamour. Be aware there is no WiFi or hairdryer which was disappointing in this day and age.

The whole unit needs a good deep clean. The site showed views of the ocean BUT the high rise being built opp blocked that out. The site needs updating. We love port Macquarrie but wont be staying in that unit again.

The Apartment was well supplied with utensils,both the kitchen/laundry and well presented with new flooring and freshly painted throughout.It has fabulous views in most directions and we loved the balcony for outdoors eating etc Would strongly recommend to others.

The apartment was in an ideal position with wonderful views . It is slightly older but we would certainly stay again (we stayed for 2 werks). It is on the 5th floor (with a lift). There is a secure garage and plenty of on street parking. The beach and shops are within walking distance. Dealing with agent was seamless, very prompt in all our correspondence.

Location: The property was in a great location and very close to Oxley Beach and Town Beach where there is a skate park, a play ground and outdoor exercise facilities. You can walk from there around the park and the ocean side all the way to the city centre and all the facilities. Interior: The apartment itself is old and looks dated but not in bad shape. The beds were comfortable. It had great views to the beach and of the city and surrounding areas with a beautiful wrap around balcony. There were chairs and a table outside and we ate breakfast outside most days and it was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with most of the things one would need: microwave, oven, stove, pots, pans, plenty of utensils, etc. People had left cooking oils and condiments in the pantry so we didn't have to get too much and they had left dish washing detergent, and soap in all the wet area (WC, kitchen, and bathroom) which was very nice. TV with DVD player and some DVDs and books. All the furniture was clean and tidy. Washer and dryer worked fine. The only big negative things I could say is that it didn't come with linen so you had to bring your own or hire some which is a hassle either way but that was known. This is probably nitpicking for the price we paid but: the other issues were that the place could do with a touch up of paint and a deep clean of the built-in cupboards which are not in the best shape. For a family of four it was fine but you had to take really quick showers as the water heater was tiny so no baths for the kids unless you want the adults to take cold showers :) Overall we were happy with the place and we would stay there again in the future.

The position of the property is great. Lovely patio, however the apartment was old and desperately needs a good surface and deep clean.

My wife and were pleased with the overall cleanliness and layout of the unit. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 clubs ,restaurants and pubs shut. We decided to leave after 2 days and return home.

Great location very close to the beach. The apartment was comfortable, was a bit outdated and could do with some new furniture, however location made it easy to enjoy our stay

Thankfully only had this property for 7 days. Dirty, cockroaches, do not make a dream stay. Property does not represent the photos.Will not stay again.
