The property lies nestled in the Cornish countryside and is just two miles from Port Isaac, the picturesque town famed from the TV series Doc Martin and more recently the restaurants, including the Nathan Outlaw restaurant. Popular with visitors it has changed little over the generations. This small port offers a mix of bistros, inns, restaurants and independent stores. Located in an area of Natural Outstanding Beauty and close to the lovely town of Padstow is nearby, a great place for restaurants and home to the popular Christmas Festival. Other local attractions include the surfing paradise of Polzeath, many National Trust properties, Pencarrow House, golf at St Kew and St Enodoc , Go Karting, The Eden Project and many fabulous local beaches like Bedruthan Steps and Watergate Bay.

On entering this delightful cottage, which is laid out on just one level, you will soon find the spacious and bright lounge, where you can relax whilst watching a movie. Adjoining the lounge is the bright and welcoming conservatory which enjoys some splendid countryside views. Heading back into the property you will find the gorgeous kitchen/diner area. You can enjoy a meal in style in the centrally located dining area whilst the roomy and inviting kitchen is equipped with everything you might need including electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Investigating the property further you will find four beautiful and cosy bedrooms. There’s a king-size with en-suite bath and separate shower. There’s also one double, one twin and one bunk bedroom, ideal for children. Elsewhere you will find a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.

Heading outside you will find yourself in the lovely furnished garden area where you can enjoy a BBQ whilst admiring the beautiful countryside views and after dark stargaze on those clear summer nights.
