When you aren't swimming in the turquoise water of the private pool, head for nearby Cape Haze Pioneer Trail Park, Port Charlotte Beach Park, and Myakka Pines Golf Club.

Walking inside the updated interior of your stay, you will instantly take notice of the spacious living room, adorned with ample soft seating, a large TV, and easy outdoor access. When you aren't streaming your favorite TV shows and movies, engage in some playful competition over one of the provided board games.

The full kitchen gleams with its suite of stainless steel appliances and shining countertops. When you aren't gathering at the dining table, eat alfresco on the covered patio.

The bedrooms are equally cozy with their nautical-themed decorations, plush linens, and cool air - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. The sizable bathrooms are just as impressive with their granite countertops and walk-in showers. A private washer/dryer rounds out the home's stellar interior perks.

As evening nears, head back outside and utilize the outdoor kitchen and the gas grill to prepare a barbecued meal.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring door bell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
