Palm Island Cove: Your oasis near the beach! 3 Bedrooms, 1.5 baths and spacious outdoor shower!. Located a block from the beach and on a deep water canal with access to the ICW and Gulf of Mexico, this home is perfectly located for boaters or beach goers! A private sheltered deep water dock is located minutes to the ICW or the Gulf of Mexico and set up to easily handle all sizes of boats! Outdoor, private shower next to the salt-water pool, and just the perfect get-a-way for to enjoy our beautiful island. The pool area is truly a tropical oasis with water falls and lounge areas!

The Master Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a private lanai and KING bed. The guest rooms are also located on the 2nd floor, one with Queen bed and one with Twins. The view from the second floor is stunning sunsets and the Gulf of Mexico. The 3 bedrooms share a full bath located on 2nd floor.
Located on the main floor, Palm Island Cove has a well equipped kitchen with new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, dishwasher ,microwave and coffee machine . The spacious living room has a large screen TV and looks over the pool and deck area. A well appointed half bath and laundry area are also located on the main level. On the pool level is a spacious private Outdoor Shower!
Have you vacationed on the island before? Palm Island a.k.a. Don Pedro Island, is a barrier island 7 miles long between Sarasota and Ft. Myers on the Gulf coast with sugar-sand beaches, beautiful harbors and lagoons, great fishing and shelling only accessible by a short 10 minute car ferry or private boat. Our beaches are some of the most pristine and quiet in all of coastal Florida. There are no high rises blocking your Gulf views, unpaved sandy roads, and a relaxed "Old Florida" atmosphere. There is one restaurant called the Rum Bay that serves lunch and dinner. The car ferry runs continually from 6:30 am until 10:00 pm from Sunday through Thursday and until 11:00 pm Friday and 12:00 midnight Saturday. You drive your car onto the ferry and then directly to your vacation rental home. It's a very special place to vacation. We have kayak rentals and golf cart rentals for your use during your vacation. All of our properties on Palm Island require a ferry ride to get there. One round trip on the ferry for car and passengers costs $55.
