All deck furniture must remain on the deck. However-the cushions for deck sectional is in primary closet. Please use but also it’s important to put back inside after use. The wind will take them away
No BBQ or open flames are allowed on the deck.
Smoking is not permitted in the house or on the deck.
Any damage caused by sharp objects or burn marks on deck furniture will result in replacement costs for the damaged items.

Under-the-House Guidelines:
A shower is available for rinsing off after the beach. Pease use it to keep sand downstairs. (This includes those fur babies too)

If you smoke, properly dispose of cigarette butts and debris to maintain cleanliness.

The BBQ pit is encouraged, but please clean it after use. If the BBQ pit is left dirty, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee will apply.
Boogie boards, beach toys, golf balls, putters, ladder ball, and cornhole items needs to be put away and not throw across the yard.
if you move the chairs please put them back the way you found them.
If a bed was used during your stay, please leave it unmade before checking out. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning process.
We love our furry friends, but please keep pets off the furniture to include sofas and beds. If your pets tend to shed then we expect guests to remove pet hair. There will be an extra cleaning fee if we do this for you. Vacuum is available in the primary closet.
Due to extreme humidity in Bolivar, keeping doors and windows closed is essential to prevent damage to interior walls, cabinets, and appliances. Do not leave doors open or windows unlocked. If doors or windows are left open, resulting in damage, additional maintenance costs may apply.
