Decks and outdoor space:
There are two deck levels with plenty of places to relax, including 4 tall deck chairs, 2 chaise lounges, and 2 rockers. It is a great place for morning coffee, evening drinks, and watching the coastal sky.

* Bedroom 2: King bed and XL twin bed.
* Bedroom 3: King bed.
* Bedroom 4: 6 XL twin beds in bunk layout.
* Additional XL twin under the stairs.

Guest access:
Your unique door code is sent 4 hours before check-in. Self check-in is smooth and easy.

Bolivar Peninsula is a beautiful coastal area with a few things worth knowing before you arrive.

Power: Like many coastal communities, the peninsula occasionally experiences brief outages from the local electricity provider. These are rare but possible; we recommend travel insurance for peace of mind.

Mosquitoes: We work with Galveston County for regular street spraying. As with any Texas coastal property, you may encounter mosquitoes, especially at dusk. Bringing repellent is a smart move.

Security cameras: For property security, Nest cameras are active on exterior areas and the ground floor. There are no cameras in any indoor living or sleeping spaces. Cameras are not pointed toward the hot tub, though the tiki bar and outdoor areas may be visible.

Important Restrictions:
* Hot tub: Only guests over 18 or accompanied minors are allowed there. Glassware is not allowed in the hot tub. If you are pregnant or under the influence of alcohol, you are not allowed in the hot tub. Follow the rules posted on the hot tub.
* NON-SMOKING property.
* All guests must be 25+ (children accompanied by their parents are allowed).
