Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a 65” ROKU 4K TV, central A/C, ceiling fans, and all the kitchen utensils & gadgets you need, including a full-size coffee pot, Keurig, Ninja blender, and a 6-piece toaster. We’ve gotcha covered with all linens, including beach towels, and a starter supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and soap. *Dogs are WELCOME! We love our fur babies but please try to keep clean paws only in the house and keep dogs off furniture. If you would like to snuggle with your dog on the couch, please bring your favorite blanket to lay down first.

* The primary guest booking this house MUST be 25 years old or older & we reserve the right to request ID for confirmation.

*Parking notes: There is off-street parking in the driveway + concrete pad for up to four cars in front of this home. No parking allowed underneath the home.

* Please note this home requires stairs to access it and may not be suitable for all guests.

*We are excited to share this home with you - but we ask that you take care of our place like you would want others to take care of yours. We care about our property and our neighbors... NO PARTIES - If you are looking for a party house, this is NOT the rental for you!

*No smoking is allowed indoors. Please bag all trash and place in provided cans near the street. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your guests during your stay. Please note that there are Ring surveillance cameras at front & back entrances.
