The living area has two sofas and extra seating for comfort. This house features four 4K televisions! There is a 70 inch in the living area; a 55 inch in the primary bedroom and flat screen televisions in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Feel free to enjoy the satellite package with premium and movie channels. The home also has high speed internet for your devices, and a washer/ dryer on the premises. You'll find everything you'll need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the modern kitchen. There is a kitchen table as well as bar seating that equals space for 9 people. You'll also find a separate cabinet with a beverage fridge, regular drip coffee maker, and extra storage galore.



With over 1700 square feet, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home easily sleeps 12. The primary suite has a king bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. and the third bedroom has 2 sets of built in bunks - queen-over-queen.



After a day at the beach, relax downstairs in the breeze, with a 14 foot picnic table, porch swings, tiki bar area, sand shower, charcoal barbecue pit and lock-up storage. The yard is fenced for your pet. The concrete parking on the Seaspray Lane side of the home is 80' in length, so there is plenty of parking.
