The Space:

The Blue Seagull is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom centrally located cabin that is just perfect for small families. You are just a quick walk or ride to the beach, (via the convenient access road) so you can enjoy the Gulf breezes and fun in the sun in mere minutes!



You'll love the furnished deck when you have your morning coffee (both Keurig and regular coffee pot available), or your favorite sunset beverage. Inside, the living area has a plush sectional for comfy seating, as well as an electric fireplace. The kitchen is well-stocked, and offers a large island with seating. For your convenience, you will also find a washer and dryer, and high speed internet.



With 1100 square feet, Blue Seagull sleeps 7 comfortably. Bedroom one has a queen bed and a twin, with an ensuite bath and television. Bedroom two has a queen bed and two twins with a television.



Downstairs offers room for entertaining, with a gas grill and picnic table. You'll also have access to the outdoor sand shower and a beach box with extra beach supplies for your use!



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with additional fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
