Your feedback is very important to us, and I am saddened to hear that our light breakfast item, coffee, tea, and juice did not meet your expectations. We do not offer a continental breakfast. I apologize if you were expecting one. We state on our website and on Expedia that we do not offer breakfast. This has allowed us to lower our prices and pass on those savings to our guests. Here at Super 8, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

We actually no longer serve breakfast as it not required buy our franchise. But we do offer Tea coffee and juice with granola bars and the restaurant Joshuas next door does offer a 10% discount for our guests and they open at 7am

We apologize, for your stay not being what you had hoped ,we always try to accommodate the needs of our guests, did you let the front desk know? Because if you had brought it to our attention we would have been more then happy to move you to another room .

Thank you that was Douglas he is a great cat he just retired to a nice home since he has been here 8 years it was time for him to retire we really love him and miss him but he is in a much better place now.
