//SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS// Three private bedrooms with doors: 1 king, 2 queen. This comfortably sleeps 6–7 adults with real privacy. The game room has a bunk bed and an optional queen folding mattress — works well for kids or guests who don't mind a non-traditional setup. This brings the max to 9.

► No Parties: We ask all guests to expect the quiet neighborhood and follow our quiet time from 9pm to 8 am. In the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and you’ll forfeit your deposit. Violations of these rules, including hosting private parties, will result in a $1000 charge.
► We have three bedrooms that can accommodate 9 people, including one bunk bed and one folding bed. Please ensure this arrangement works for you before booking.
► Pets are Welcome We’re happy to accommodate your furry friend! There is a pet fee of $75 per pet. Please note, we allow only one pet per reservation.

Please note that Airbnb's policy strictly prohibits parties, and violators will be charged a $1,000 fine.
2.【QUIET HOURS 9PM-8AM】 Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable home away from home. We understand that our guests come from all walks of life and with different schedules, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors' peace and quiet during the hours of 9 pm to 8 am. We truly appreciate your cooperation in making our rental home a welcoming space for all.
3.【NO SMOKING】 To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all of our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the rental home or anywhere on the property. If any signs of smoking are detected, a $1,000 violation fee will be charged.
4.【Unregistered Guests】 All visitors must be registered during their stay. Unregistered guests may incur a $200 fee per person. This ensures safety and quality for all. Please notify us in advance if you plan to have visitors.
5. 【NO SHOES】 We kindly ask that you remove your shoes when entering the rental home to help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all of our guests.
6.【Self Catering】 We want you to feel at home during your stay, so we will provide an initial starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper. If you need additional supplies during your stay, they can be purchased from a nearby store at your expense.
7.【Early check-in】 We understand that early check-ins can be helpful in certain situations, and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. However, please note that a $200 early check-in fee will be charged, and approval is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day. Please check with us one day prior to your check-in date to confirm availability.
8.【NO late check-out】 We kindly ask that you check out on time so that our cleaning crew has enough time to prepare the rental home for the next guests. Late check-outs are not possible due to same-day check-ins.
9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】 We want to make sure that our rental home remains clean and comfortable for all of our guests, so we kindly ask that you sort your garbage and recyclables and dispose of them in the appropriate bins. If you are unsure, please leave them inside the rental home, and our cleaning crew will handle them.
10. 【Lost & Found】 We want to ensure that you have a stress-free check-out process, so please make sure that you take all of your personal belongings with you when leaving. If you happen to forget something, we can certainly ship it back to you for a handling fee of $100 plus the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
11. 【Stay for 30 days or more】 If you're planning to stay with us for 30 days or more, we'd like to extend a warm welcome and ask you to sign a lease agreement. It's not just a formality; it helps us ensure your comfort, legal compliance, and a smooth stay. We also require our guest to must have an income of at least three times the monthly rent and a credit score of 700 or higher. Background and credit check is required. Guest may book the date to secure the reservation, but if they fail the background or credit check, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Amazing views, wonderful host
The stay was amazing!! The house is located in a beautiful location with great views of the ocean and Victoria in the distance. We had a hiccup with the amount of pets coming and the owners were so incredibly accommodating and helpful staying in communication to ensure we had what we needed. The area is great and close to port Angeles and Olympic national park. Would highly recommend and will stay again if in the area.
