This terraced house of 50m² is ideally located for a charming getaway on the jade coast. Discover Pornic, its lively port, its castle facing the ocean and its charming narrow streets and enjoy the beaches, coastal paths and thalassotherapy near your rental.
The house has two double bedrooms upstairs, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.
Upstairs there is a double room with a 140x200 bed and a second room with two 80x200 beds that can be arranged as a double bed. A bathroom completes this level.
The ground floor consists of a lounge with Wi-Fi access and an open kitchen equipped with all necessary household appliances; oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, NESPRESSO capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils.
For maximum comfort, a video projector, two fans, a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a baby bed and a high chair are also made available to you.
You access the house via a small private courtyard of 12m² with garden furniture and an electric plancha at your disposal.
Although there is no private parking space, you will find free parking spaces on the street of the accommodation.
You are located 800 metres from the "Coastal Path of the Customs Officers", as well as the Blue Flag beach "de la Source".
