Built in 1880, this former stone and slate fisherman's house was certainly one of the first buildings in the famous Gourmalon district, known for its famous villas with multiple architectural styles.

This 90m² terraced house has a courtyard with a 20m² terrace with no overlooking and has two double rooms on the upper floor, one of which is a connecting room, and a single room with a study, thus accommodating up to 5 people.

On the ground floor, the living room is open to the fitted kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and all the necessary kitchen equipment so that you feel at home. A shower room and two toilets complete the rental.

A hairdryer and a washing machine are also provided.
