Apart 100m from the beach - swimming pool for 4

Ideally located 50m from the seafront within the private residence "Le Vallon", with a swimming pool (unheated, open from 15 June to 15 September) and only 300m from the town of Sainte-Marie sur Mer, this 30m² apartment with its balcony (small sea view) is a perfect starting point for discovering the Jade Coast, Pornic and its surroundings.

The accommodation has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a bunk bed, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.



It consists of an open kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a small oven and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. A TV lounge with a standing table gives access to an 8m² balcony with outdoor furniture, electric grill and sunbeds. A bathroom and an independent toilet complete the rental. A hairdryer and a washing machine are also provided. You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.

Beyond the swimming pool, you also benefit from the common facilities of the residence, which include ping pong tables and a pétanque court. Essential shops are close to the residence. The Bluegreen Golf is just a stone's throw away and nearby bus lines allow you to reach the town centre of Pornic.

- From the "Montbeau Beach", on the corniche near the town of Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer. On-site catering during the summer season.

- 300m from the town of Ste Marie, bakery, convenience store, bars, restaurants, cinema, local market every Wednesday and Saturday

- 1 km from the Marina, bars, restaurants and its sea excursions and shuttles to Noirmoutier (July & August)

- 1km from the "Bluegreen Golf of Pornic", 18 holes

Discover Pornic and the Jade Coast, its natural treasures such as its beaches, coves and coastal path as well as its preserved architecture. Do not leave without having tasted all the local specialities such as the unique Bouchots mussels from La Plaine sur Mer and the oysters from the Bay of Bourgneuf, the famous ice creams and jams from "La Fraiseraie", the delicious pancakes from "St-Michel" and without forgetting hot or cold "Le curé Nantais".
