Cosy Atmosphere and Leafy Garden

Close to the beach, the Old Port, and the thalassotherapy center, this 137 m² house features an entrance hall, a bright living-dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, fridge), three ground-floor bedrooms (two with double beds, one with four single beds), a shower room, separate toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine. Upstairs, there’s a fourth bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a toilet.



The enclosed, tree-filled garden offers a spacious terrace with a sea glimpse—perfect for relaxing after the beach. You’ll also enjoy a TV, cinema screen (bring your own projector), ping-pong table, garden furniture, and barbecue.



Located in the heart of the Gourmalon district, renowned for its characterful homes, this Vendée-style house is on a quiet street leading down to the ocean. Its private garden and terrace provide a pleasant setting for returning from the beach and spending time together.



In July and August, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. Bed linen and towels are available on request, each for an extra charge. A heating package is available for an extra charge from October to March.



Pornic, a seaside resort on the Jade Coast west of Nantes, is served by SNCF trains. The town offers lively night markets, a cinema, an 18-hole golf course, seaside hikes, water sports clubs, ports, and many white-sand coves.
