The villa is set on a fenced plot of 350 m² and offers numerous facilities to satisfy the needs of every guest. A 24 m² outdoor pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a spacious summer kitchen with a large table, satellite TV and barbecue are just some of the facilities that complete the outdoor space. Parking for two vehicles is available within the courtyard.

Villa Diva Exclusive is situated over three air-conditioned floors with a total living area of ​​178 m² and can accommodate up to seven persons. On the ground floor there is a modern living room with a large sofa and Smart TV, all for relaxing after a day spent in the sun. A dining table connects the living room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a small entertainment room with a single sofa bed, table football and satellite TV, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC.

On the first floor, this beautiful villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a balcony with seating. On the second floor, there is a Finnish sauna and a spacious roof terrace with sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the sunset and panoramic sea views. Four bicycles are also available.
