The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the panorama and its quiet, sunny location. The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The apartment is located in the settlement Kukci only 3 km from the beach and the center of Porec. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 20 m). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.
