"There were no staff, it was self check in and there was coffee, water, juice and yogurt in the common area. The bagged “lunch” was in your room, it had an apple, orange, banana bread, chocolate chip muffin, small granola bar and a krispie crunch. The website did not say that the restaurant was not open 7 days per week. It is an easy walk to the grocery stores and local restaurants. "The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Big selection. Must try the fruit waffles. Stayed with my 2 Granddaughters ages 3 and 6.. They enjoyed the pool and pool slide. Close to QEH and easy access to HWY. Added bonus were resteraunts and shopping across the road."

"Fantastic staff, food is worth every bite you take. From breakfast, and supper. I was absolutely impressed. Now, my carpet in my room was looking dingy, it had stains all over and when I pulled my bedding down, it had what looked like snot dried all over the sheets. My best friend had black stuff all over her sheet. When I went to front desk, they were super friendly and very accommodating. It was within minutes before someone was up and changing the beds. "I liked the indian style decorations. The parking was ok. The breakfast was ok, except the coffee, which was horrible. Same for the coffee in the main lobby. When I asked if I could get a stronger coffee, I was told to drive to get one. The room was clean, but the pillows were not comfortable to sleep.The receptionist was polite, but the internet did not work, despite staff intervention and our requests for help. Convenient location to sleep one night, I would not reccomend for more."

"Great location close to waterfront and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, uncluttered and industrial decor. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. There is a bar in the lobby and seems to be a popular place. Food invthe restaurant was very good too. Really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was great and bed was really comfortable however the room was not cleaned and beds were not made for the duration of our stay. After coming back tired from whole day of roaming around you expect room cleaned and a clean tidy bed to sleep in. Also the A/C seemed to stop after cooling and then room would become warm. The fridge frozen our drinks in it. So over all room had it's issue for comfort and cleanliness."
