It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine.
There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar."

"We adored our 2 night stay at The Gunrunner! The downtown Florence location was delightful. Easy to walk about this charming town. The uniqueness of this locally owned boutique hotel was worth the price. Exquisitely comfortable beds! Lovely gathering space that all rooms opened out onto. Rooftop deck was beautiful. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel staff, bellmen, hotel room was excellent. Check-in was very quick. The bellman was very friendly and knowledgeable about the hotel. The hotel room was so comfortable and the balcony view overlooking TVA and Florence landscape was very nice.Very clean. I wanted to add an extra night but there was a huge group arriving and that wasn’t possible, which is understandable. I will def stay here again. "
