Located among the hills of Fermo, next to Ponzano di Fermo, Villa Collevento is perfect for those who are looking for nature, calm, sea, history and good cuisine.
At only 15-minute drive you will reach Fermo, where its historical old town will charm you: Piazza del Popolo, Teatro dell’Aquila and the ancient Roman cisterns are just some of the distinctive symbols that tell the story of this city. Continuing down towards the coast, you will arrive at Porto San Giorgio, which will captivate you with its golden beaches, and you can enjoy the panoramic views offered by the small village of Torre di Palme. For those who enjoy walking, there is an easy trek in Bosco del Cugnolo that will lead you to the famous Grotta degli Amanti (Lovers' Cave).
Other renowned seaside resorts such as Porto Sant'Elpidio and Cupra Marittima are about 30-35 minutes away by car. At the same distance, inland, you can visit the splendid villages of Montappone, Campofilone, Ripatransone and Moresco, where in summer you will be delighted by their village festivals, such as Sagra del Ciauscolo, Sagra Nazionale dei Maccheroncini and Festa del Cappello di Paglia.
Thanks to its strategic location, in about one hour drive you can reach Fiastra, in the Sibillini Mountains, known for its beautiful lake of the same name and the popular Lame Rosse trekking route.
For those curious about local cuisine, walking along the streets of the various town enjoy a delicious ciauscolo sausage, brodetto alla sangiorgese – a fish soup that will give you a taste of the authentic flavours of the coast, ciambellotto della trebbiatura, caciotta fermana and many other delicacies accompanied by a good Rosso Piceno or Falerio wine, typical of the area.

Under one of the two porches that run along the two main sides of the building, you find the dining area – perfect for your outdoor lunches and dinners – and comfortable sofas f where you can relax and enjoy long summer days in the company of your family and friends.
Under the other porch, you find the main entrance and the barbecue area equipped with a brick barbecue is located nearby.
The external laundry room with washing machine and sink is located next to the barbecue area.
Next to the property there is a small building used as a storage room, which is not used during rental periods.
To access the property, you need to pass through an automatic gate that leads to the driveway.
Deep in the green hills of Marche region, Villa Collevento stands out for its enchanting view, its elegant classic-style furniture and spacious interiors. Arranged over two floors connected by an indoor staircase, the villa can accommodate up to 11 people in a private and peaceful setting.

The ground floor consists of:

- a kitchen with industrial dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave and direct access to the porch and garden;
- a large living room with fireplace, TV, an armchair, sofas, a small table, and direct access to the porch and the garden;
- a double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with a whirlpool bath and a shower accessible to people with disabilities;
- a guest bathroom accessible to people with disabilities.

The indoor staircase right next to the main entrance leads to the first floor which consists in:
- 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom with shower;
- a bedroom with 2 single beds with en suite bathroom with shower;
- a double bedroom with a single sofa bed for kids and en suite bathroom with shower and bath;
- a large panoramic terrace ideal for spending wonderful evenings.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and insect screens.

The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
