    The bright open plan living and dining area with floor to ceiling picture windows that flood the space with natural light and frame the breathtaking Atlantic Ocean Views, allows seamless indoor-outdoor flows and lead to a spacious front deck area with private heated (optional) swimming pool, where you can unwind and soak up Madeira’s warm climate. A built-in barbecue area and outdoor dining table make outdoor entertaining and al fresco dining effortless.
    The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare meals, whether a quick snack or a full meal!
    A games room with billiards and table football, as well as a Playstation 5 provide all the family entertainment you may wish for on your holiday.
    The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, all of which offer superb views. Two Master bedrooms access the front balcony and face directly the sea, providing the unforgettable experience of waking up to the gentle sound of waves and an uninterrupted ocean view from the comfort of your bed; the back two bedrooms look at the banana plantations and towering escarpment behind the village.

    Waking up in the elegant master bedroom uninterrupted ocean views is the a wonderful experience and the front balcony is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine. Inside, the room features a spacious (180 x 200 m) King Size bed, a work desk for remote working or reading, and stylish décor that complements the villa’s contemporary design.The luxury en-suite bathroom offers a the standalone bath, a walk-in shower a dual washbasin, toilet and modern finishes, combining functionality with indulgence.
    Bedroom 2 is also south facing with amazing sea views, king size double bed (180 x 200 m), reading corner and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
    The modern twin bedroom 3 and 4, both with 2 single beds (1,00 x 2,00 m) and en-suite bathroom each one with walk in shower, washbasin and toilet complement guests privacy.
    The villa offers a games room with billiards and table tennis for entertainment. A PlayStation 5 is also available in the lounge. Washer and dryer can also be found in this same space.
    Extra beds for the 9th and 10th guests are also available.

    Bayshore is set on the seafront of Madalena do Mar in Ponta do Sol. Here you will find a selection of restaurants and cafés along the very long bay and rocky beach. The village centre and promenade with sea access is a few hundred metres away, near the Banana Route, a popular experience. Only 4 Km away is the picturesque and traditional village of Ponta do Sol where you will find, on the main roundabout, the nearest supermarket. Madalena do Mar is also a great base for walking in Madeira, either along levadas or hiking, with easy access to the local expressway and to the Paul da serra plateau. The resort of Calheta is 5 Km away, and the picturesque surfing mecca of Jardim do Mar 8 Km away. A 40 minute drive takes you to Funchal, and Palheiro Golf and the airport are under one hour away

    Cleaning
    The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.

    Booking Notes
    The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
    To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A security deposit of 500€ is required by credit card prior to check-in.
    The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities. This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person. Your accommodation is legally responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality. The Municipality Tourist Tax will be collected via credit card on the online check-in procedure.
    Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and once you have paid your balance. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
    Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made, and an additional cost will apply. Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other guests either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and of your departure for check-out.
    Pool and/or hot tub maintenance will take place during your stay. This is scheduled for a specific day of the week which will be advised to you. Garden maintenance is carried out according to the conditions of the garden. Holiday dates (of which there are 13 in Madeira) will affect these schedules.
