This charming 280 m², four-bedroom duplex apartment in Ponta Delgada offers a convenient base for families and friends looking for a memorable stay.

On the first floor, you will find a bright living room with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, a television to watch your favorite shows, and a dining table for eight people.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and utensils to prepare your meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. This floor also features a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and another bathroom.

Upstairs, you will find the second living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed.

The apartment also has a washing machine and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. All rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and free toiletries.

A private balcony offers a seating area where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Art and culture enthusiasts will enjoy being right in front of the main building of the Carlos Machado Museum, which occupies a former convent and features exhibitions on natural history, art, and regional culture.

Contemporary art can be seen at Galeria Fonseca Macedo and the Informal Concept Gallery, both located nearby, where you can appreciate and purchase works by local artists.

A short distance away are the main local shopping streets where you can find local products as well as regional crafts.

Those who enjoy outdoor spaces can visit the António Borges and José do Canto botanical gardens, perfect for relaxing strolls and for appreciating the local flora.

The property is located on one of the procession routes of the most important religious festival in the Azores, Senhor Santo Cristo dos Milagres. This celebration is one of the largest displays of devotion in the country and is known for its impressive flower carpets that cover the streets, attracting thousands of people. This celebration will take place from May 6th to 15th, 2026.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest bus stop, Rua De José Do Canto, is just a 7-minute walk.

João Paulo II Airport is a 9-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
