"I have returned numerous times to the Dream Beach and always stayed in the Deluxe Chalet. The property is tucked in the woods and quiet and removed from the busyness of Ponta do Ouro. The self-catering is great as the kitchen is well-stocked and the terrace perfect for dining out. The beach is a short hike and always empty and offers a photogenic stretch of sand and strong surf. The only complaint this time around was that the manager was not there when I arrived and I had to wait a half hour...

"This was a beautiful location. Hard to get to... 3 hours drive from Maputo and you basically have to hire a driver. The staff was warm and lovely and always wanting to help make the vacation ideal. I was 1 of 6 guests for a couple of nights - and it was incredibly peaceful. be prepared for a serious dose of relaxing as it's 45 min to other more happening beach areas. I did not try the water activities as it was out of season/quite cold in June.

Staying at Nkhane was a pleasure! You walk in to a beautiful pool complex which is inviting and well maintained, through to the bar and lounge area which has smiling staff who are so welcoming you feel at home.
Nothing is too much trouble for them - even with having booked only five minutes before arriving!
