Stranden er til tider påvirket af den store forskel på tidevandet og der kommer ofte en del tang med ind.. Men ellers er man omgivet af det flotte turkise vand og den pulverhvide strand...

Had to leave the resort some evenings and stay at other places, when I was not in the mood for loud drumming or dancing entertainment. Not even in my room it was bearable to be. Simply half the volume of all these things please."

It’s boutique hotel so not the facilities of a mega resort but the local friendly staff arranged a couple of excellent things for me and I really enjoyed the intimate atmosphere. Great food too with sea views. I also enjoyed a massaged in a small hut by the sea so could hear the surf. "

We arrived early and our rooms were not ready, they took our bags from us and allowed us to get ready in the change rooms. We went to our excursion and came back to find our luggage in our rooms! "Very stylishly designed hotel. Beautiful decor & tropical gardens leading to a picture perfect white sandy beach. Gorgeous large comfortable rooms. The perfect place to chill after our safari’s & stay in Stone Town.
Thank you to the chef for fantastic food, especially the curries.
All the staff were so lovely and the service was great.
We also enjoyed the low tide sea safari with one of the staff.

Very nice room and balkony with ocean view. They even bring breakfast directly to your balcony in the moning as soon as you get uo and sit outside. Highly recommended.

"Superb location, charming hotel, absolut stunning view of both ocean and rooftop pool from the family room with (huge) balcony and sea view. We felt we had gotten the princess suite 😀. Family room contains 2 beds that easily holds 2 adults each and 1 bed for either an adult or 2 kids and plenty of space besides the beds and funny couch. Bathroom also really special with arabic vibe.
Hotel staff so forthcoming and we didn’t even notice the power cuts as they have back-up power in place.
We look forward to return later and try the deluxe suite room.
VERY good value for money - but book early and ask for room in the Tempo House if you want to stay in the beach front part of the hotel. "
