"I was looking for an inexpensive hotel for a quick stay, and this fit the bill! I have to say this little motel had more amenities in a basic room than some of the larger hotels (refrigerator and microwave). My event was postponed so I am actually going back for another night!
I think this will be my go to Place from now on."

"We were there in the summer with my husband and son, one of the best hotels i ever stayed in in our first trip to USA, nice flats modern and with all you need, beautifull pool and amazing breakfast, near is a target, shuttle to nearby areas, totally recommend amazing first impression in first us trip, 10 mins train trip to north station were one can go to multiple cities and boston city, we arrived earlier and got an early check in and late check in before trip to aiport, nice friendly stuff...

"Hotel was on an industrial estate, but convenient for getting into main highway, or for going into Salem.
Room was spacious, separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area as well as bathroom.
Breakfast was minimalist, coffee and porrige.
We couldn't get WiFi in our room, and desk staff didnt suggest any way to address. "

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.

"I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.
I can’t wait to return to this hotel.

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."
"Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge.
Gym is small but functional 👍
