While not central Pompeii, it is walkable from both the ruins, central shopping street and train stations. But the Zest team were always on hand to support with other transport options easily.

- Very friendly personal
- Good communication skills by some of the personals
- Clean rooms with OK service quality
- Very short distance to the Pompeii ruins
- Good parking facilities inside the hotel backyard (very necessary in that area)
Negative:
- The area around the hotel was absolutely not OK
- The breakfast could have been better"
