"My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time....

"We had a wonderful time. The house and grounds are lovely. My husband caught a few fish and my dog and I kayaked! So many different spots in the yard to enjoy the view! Very relaxing! Activity on the lake was very entertaining "

"The property has character. It is charming, clean, and ideally located in a quiet neighborhood . We were able to get to Walmart and Big Y for some snacks and toiletries and to Mohegan Sun for dinner. It was stocked with the necessities and has plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time. The host was very responsive to all my questions before and during our stay. We would stay there again."

"Organized a weekend getaway with friends here. Absolutely beautiful space—landscaping, decor, and interior were all pristine. We had 16 people in total and had no issues with space; everyone was comfortable. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central New England meeting spot. "

"House was great. Owner was awesome. Pool and hot tub were maintained very well. The house was hot would be the only negative. Owner was super nice and helpful. 5 Stars would return. "

"First of all, exactly how pictured and even better in person. So much care and love was put into making this place amazing and enjoyable. My daughter and I had a blast checking out all cabinets, drawers, wall experiences and floor boards. Secondly, basic supplies are provided (ie sugar, coffee filters, S&P, etc) with the stay. What a difference that makes not having to bring or purchase a bunch of supplies for a short period. There are also paths around the property with a map you can follow...

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It is newly renovated and beautifully furnished. Our young children loved finding all of the “silly” frogs featured throughout the home, and we loved the historic maps of the area. The owners really thought of everything when stocking the kitchen, and added touches throughout to make your stay more comfortable. The dimming lights, USB outlets, and built-in bathroom Bluetooth speaker were very nice extras. The kids loved the yard, eating outside on...
