Villa Alordes

Villa renovated in 2024. Located in an olive grove over 1,000 years old, this rustic house with fantastic views of the different valleys of Pollensa offers a peaceful and private setting in one of the most beautiful areas of the village. The house is reached via a narrow private driveway. Upon entering, we find a wide entrance and a sandstone archway separating the spacious living and dining room, which has stone walls, a large fireplace, and a TV/DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, and a pantry. The kitchen also has a door that opens to the outside, specifically to the covered terrace, from which we have direct access to the pool area. From the living room, another interior archway leads to a double bedroom en suite. Next to the living room, there is another bathroom with a half-bathtub. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the remaining bedrooms are located. These consist of two double bedrooms (one with an en suite shower room) and two beautiful twin bedrooms. Up the stairs, there is another bathroom with a shower. On this same floor, there is also a terrace from which we can enjoy spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The pool and terrace areas are fully equipped with garden furniture. Also outside, there's a wooden barbecue, ideal for preparing dinners or meals al fresco in a peaceful, natural setting. Finally, it's worth noting that Villa Alordes offers free Wi-Fi.
