The 220 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a wood-burning stove, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The private outdoor area will impress you with open and covered terrace areas, where you can have breakfast and spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty home-cooked dinners from the stone barbecue. You can bask on the deck chairs and take refreshing swims in the pool surrounded by a wonderful mountain panorama. The nearest sandy beach, Cala Molins, is only 400 m or a 5-minute walk from the property, and you will find supermarkets, shops, a pharmacy and a variety of cafés and restaurants within 5 minutes on foot. Port de Pollença is a 12-minute drive (8.2 km) from the villa. There you can spend the days at the sandy beaches, swim in the clear blue sea of the bay or explore the nearby cliffs. The centre of Mallorca’s vibrant capital Palma can be reached after a 50-minute drive (60 km), and the city’s airport is a 50-minute drive (67 km) away.
