'Graziosa Mansarda' Apartment with Mountain View

Located on the third floor without an elevator, in a small hamlet of Pollein with just over 200 residents, the "Graziosa Mansarda" welcomes you for a peaceful stay just 10 minutes from the center of Aosta and the Pila cable car. Close to the valley’s long bike path, golf course, and outdoor pool, this apartment is designed to offer you comfort and tranquility, just as we would want for ourselves.



The apartment features a living area with kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom. It accommodates up to 4 adults (double bed and sofa bed) plus one child up to 4 years old. A crib (without sheets) and high chair are available for an extra fee. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with independent heating and a fireplace. Firewood is provided on request for an extra fee.



You’ll find everything needed for cooking, two TVs with satellite receiver, cleaning and personal hygiene products, bed linen, towels, and pillows of varying firmness. Complimentary extras include a comb, toothbrushes, razors, shower cap, sewing kit, and vanity kit in single-use packaging.



Restaurants, bars, tobacco shop, post office, bank, pharmacy, and a shopping center are 1.5 km away. A reserved outdoor parking space is available free of charge. On the ground floor, there’s storage for skis, strollers, or luggage. The apartment is in a scenic, quiet, and peaceful area.



Upon deposit, some bicycles may be available free of charge for adult guests. The area is well served by public transport, including at night, with a stop 100 meters away. Small or medium-sized pets are accepted upon agreement and are available for an extra fee.
