"We had a very pleasent 3 days stay - 2 adults and 2 teens. The pool on the roof-top was nice and not crowded even though it is to the small size.
Breakfast was great, the same every morning however - but good variety.
We do not know if it is because of Corona, but our room wasn't cleaned during our stay (No new towels, removal of garbage etc.)
The hotel is central to the beach as well as the town.
I would recommend renting the bikes, and go by the bikelane to Hel Peninsula. "

"Beautiful place with plenty of potential and lots of areas for improvement. Staff needs to learn what hospitality means. Less about many words and more about taking care of customer while staying cool and relaxed. Relaxed in co tacy does not mean relaxed when it comes to customer comfort . If customer asks if sauna ( outside ) is ready - better to check it twice rather then have naked customer entering cold sauna. Don’t ask customer to make a reservation in the restaurant if it is practically...
