"The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Godt hotel, gode værelser i selve hovedbygning. De forsøgte at give mig værelse i tilbygning ( men havde allerede undersøgt på forhånd, at de fik rigtig dårlige anmeldelser) men jeg gav manager besked på at jeg under ingen omstændigheder ville acceptere dette og fik så et værelse i hovedbygning. Det var fint - dog fik jeg ingen rengøring og rene håndklæder efter første overnatning (da de kom var jeg der og så kom de aldrig tilbage. Hvilket også skete for min bror) Vi havde 2 overnatninger....

But regardless, that didn't bother me too much; what I *must* say is that the noise from the other guests was CHAOTIC. They were running around, screaming, and slamming doors—it was horrible. "The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio...

"Our room was not as clean as expected in the sense that the duvet covers had stains, there was what appeared to be dog hair on the kitchenette shelf, and there was half used bottles of lotion in the shower and on the bathroom counter. The furniture was ok except for a decorative bench that was falling apart. The pool was freezing cold and the hot tub was closed. I wish when you booked they would have to tell you if any of the offered amenities were closed. "

"Power outage stopped us from checking in. Even though the whole lobby had electricity, the cooler, the computer could pull up the reservation and ALL the lights were on. I can’t review the room, pool or even staff but it was a poor experience. Will take my refund pay more to stay somewhere else."
