"Very, very steep stairs to the apartment. Spacious with 2 separate rooms. Microwave, toaster and air fryer but no oven or hob. Not enough cutlery/crockery. No tea towel! I'd say not very well equipped. "

"Friendly helpful staff. We arrived several hours early and were shown to our room as it was ready. On check out, we asked if we could leave our car in the car park while we did a bit more exploring of Stamford, no problem! Lovely breakfast."

"The staff greeted me professionally and friendly too making me feel very welcome.The room had fantastic views and the shower was fantastic and the tea/ coffee was good quality ie PG tips/Nescafé. Microwave was a real bonus. Only thing you need to do is pay attention to the warn out flooring and a small whole on grey blind. Will always stay there as great staff, fantastic rooms and excellent value for Money."

"Arrived at the end of a long days work with the family in tow. Pulled up to a house on a industrial estate and groaned. What had we let ourselves in for? Well, as the old saying goes, dont judge a book by its cover. Phoned the number to get entry instructions, instead, Lee the manager personally saw to our check in and made sure everything was ok for us. "Very clean, amazing hotel, love the decor, love all the fancy lights in the rooms. Shower could of been hotter. Plenty of choice for the breakfast buffet, only thing we couldn't work out was the coffee machine pod. There was noise coming from outside but that was from the binmen I believe and it was at 6 30am on a Sunday morning , which I didn't want waking up at that time. Other than that it was a comfortable night and will be back again"
