"This is in an idyllic forest setting. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fun and tasty. There is parking outside and across the road. WiFi is great. It's the opposite of quiet but the noises are rainforest sounds and cattle, which is restful in a different way.
The rooms are pretty basic and a little tired but have everything you need. It's convenient for the airport and river but there is no hiking near to the property. "

"There was a mix-up about the room description, but the staff made it right. The restaurant bar staff were fun and attentive. Air-conditioning was truly a blessing! Balcony was a perfect view of the ocean and we got a bird's eye view of ocean wildlife coming ashore in the morning at breakfast. Room was clean and adapters were provided for electronic device usage and charging. I would definitely visit here again."

"Premium location in Roseau at a very charming hotel. The rooms were very spacious. If any inconvenience should be mentioned it is that our room was very oldfashioned with large curtains instead of windows and that the bathroom had a noisy ventilator and poor lightning. That does, however, not change the overall impression of a very nice hotel in a very nice location in the Capital of the best Island in the entire Caribbean. They also have better rooms at higher prices, and the Price was indeed...

"The address was not correct, it leads us to the hospital, I had to ask for directions. When the men arrived at the bottom of the stairs, they were sitting and never responded to the "hello", maybe because of my complexion, whatever, I didn't try to say hello again after that. "Berkey himself is a gracious, helpful, and thoughtful host. His communications are excellent and once there, he will be there for you. He attends to details and has pride in this hideaway. It requires a walk up ~40 steep steps but once on top, your are in a beautiful valley with wildlife and jungle sounds. "Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en erg betrokken. Ze checkten regelmatig bij ons in en deden er alles aan om ons thuis te laten voelen en ons te verwennen. Ze waren oprecht geïnteresseerd en er was veel persoonlijke aandacht. Naast de fantastische locatie, dicht bij vele highlights, gaf het hotel een ontspannen, lokale feel maar met absolute internationale standaard. Wij zouden het aan iedereen aan kunnen raden! "

"This was my 2nd time staying at Pinard Mountain Resort and it was wonderful. The beautiful views and calm tranquil surroundings made my stay amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. I was very happy to see Ms. Remy again. She is a beautiful & intellegent young woman and a great asset to the resort. I was very sad to leave but am hopeful to come back and stay again next year. "The setting is lovely, secluded, and with a pool and beautiful deck, bar area, perched in the tropical hills. It is a stunning setting. The driveway to the Resort is steep and challenging, especially the first time. Once you've made it to the top, it's worth it. We would stay there again. "

"I have now been staying at Fort Young a good handful of times and it is always a pleasure to visit. The rooms have been done up since my last visit and some sort of construction was still going on outside but not disturbing. In general a great stay as always but avoid they breakfast. The morning staff in the restaurant is letting the hotel down. Service is below the usual standard and the buffet consists of lots of empty trays...you'll be lucky to fill your plate. This happened every morning...early or late."
