"Really enjoyed that this Inn was further away from the main touristy area, but still walkable to the hustle and bustle. Amazing breakfast each morning too. Very close to the Cliff Walk and beach for a different trip than I have had to Newport in the past. Staff is incredibly nice and very responsive. Already booked our stay for next year!"

"We stayed at the Admiral Sims on Catherine St. and it was great! The house and property were beautiful and in a good location. Easy walk to the beach, and a little bit longer into downtown Newport but it is doable. Next time we come back we will definitely be bringing our dog!"

"Great location, walking distance to Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk as well as many stores, restaurants, etc. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It got fairly cold for a couple of days and the gas fireplace heater did a great job of warming the room. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. And the hosts are super friendly and helpful! "
