* The OUTDOORS (ground floor level) offers a private, heated 36 sqm (9m x 4m) infinity swimming pool with hydromassage and fully automated salt electrolysis system, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a covered dining area for 8 people with very comfortable chairs, and a lounge corner with open sea views. Behind the outdoor dining area lies a traditional barbecue area to hone your grilling skills.There is a direct approach from the living/kitchen area.
* The LIVING area (72sqm) (ground floor level) offers a stylish living area with flat-screen TV, A/C, a fireplace, sofas, direct exit to a covered outdoor dining area and pool; A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay (microwave oven, coffee maker, an ice maker, two refrigerators, a toaster, a kettle...) and a dining table with spectacular sea views.
