  • This is the classiest property available in the Pocono area located close to many local attractions such as Kalahari water park , Mount Airy Casino , Pine Crest Golf Coarse , Three Ski resorts , Big Boulder , Jack Frost and Camelback and many other awesome local attractions and activities .Only 4 miles from Pocono Raceway . The house is almost 5000 sq feet with eight bedrooms and 5 full baths . 15 zones of heating with separate controls in bedrooms as well as super comfortable radiant floor heat in all the bathrooms as well as commercial water heating system that ensures plenty of hot water for everyone to shower . Full size movie theater in the basement as well massive third floor area for the kids to enjoy. Three ski resorts within eight mile radius .

Wonderful New Years stay!

We had a wonderful time here, the house is perfect for a big gathering of friends and family looking to relax and catch up. We loved the hot tub and theater room, and all the bedrooms were comfortable and clean.

Motorcycle run week with friends.

Beautiful property and location to spend the week with friends riding our motorcycles on different runs every day. At night we made dinner at the house and sat outside by the fire pit enjoying music and the beautiful evening. Would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Clan Gathering

The Mansion and yard was large enough to accommodate our Families sleep, dining, gathering, privacy, personal space needs. The furnishings are beautiful and grand. Some new pans for cooking would be appreciated and mattress toppers would help with the older mattresses for better comfort.

Excellent Repeat Stay

This was our group's second year staying at this property. 8 adults were in our party, and the space can easily accommodate several more comfortably. The bedrooms provide ample room to relax privately, while the many dining spaces and lounge areas allow for fun times with the whole group. The theater in the basement also provides hours of entertainment. Very highly recommended!

Hello everyone, what a great house! We had a group of 12 there was enough room for everyone. So much too do in the house some people didn’t leave the house the whole 4 days. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub, but we enjoyed everything else. Host was very assemble Des is great! I want to Thank him for all his assistance he made our stay incredible, you have no stress when you get there. Yes we will be using this house again this summer. I could go on but trying to keep it short.

Annual friends/family weekend. House was clean, directions and signage for use of the house amenities were accurate. House spacious and provided the ability to hv privacy although with large group. I recd timely responses from the host with any questions or concerns that I may have had.

Thanksgiving stay!!! 100% awesome

Stayed here for the thanksgiving long weekend. We all Loved the place, We enjoyed the big open yard. The Fire pit was great and We all played lots of outdoor sports. Plenty of space to hang inside the home and the movie theater was amazing. We Will definitely come back !!!

Beyond AMAZING!

I don’t even know where to begin. This house and property were absolutely perfect. The attention to detail in the decor was astounding. Stunning antiques, comfortable furniture, perfection. The private movie theater was perfect for a cozy movie night. The giant hot tub was twice the size of a regular large one - you could literally swim in it. The barn was spacious and gorgeous, perfect for our pumpkin carving and painting / crafting. The house had a calming energy that brought everyone so much joy. The kitchen was massive and had two sinks, two ovens and two dishwashers, which was great for us as our group loves to cook. The owners were such a delight to work with. Des was always so communicative / responsive and made our stay so special, including leaving us chips, salsa, wine and a thoughtful card upon our arrival. There was also a fire pit which we sadly didn’t get to use much because of the weather but was in the perfect place. The house and yard are large and spacious, perfect for our big group for everyone to sleep and hang out comfortably. This is also an ideal space for events, parties, weddings, etc as the barn could easily hold many more folks than we had. The check in / out process was so smooth and easy. We cannot wait to come back to this stunning property and cannot recommend it enough! We rent a lot and this is by far the best experience we’ve ever had. A weekend was not long enough - I hope we can stay longer next time!

Lovely home for relaxing vacation

Very nice quite relaxing place. Lots of space for family/friend gatherings. Beautiful home, luxurious kitchen, very nice gaming and movie area. Plenty of space too enjoy large family vacation. My 16 family members and I totally enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to Des ‘The Host’ and the family whom aloud us to rent there home.

The Pictures Don't Do Justice to This Beautiful Home!

Firstly, this home is gorgeous! You will be blown away when you see it in person. And if you're into cooking you will LOVE the kitchen! OMG! The house itself is spacious, it's very clean, including the many bathrooms and it sits on a beautiful property. The beds and bedding are especially comfy! We all slept so good. The theater room is extremely impressive with surround sound and individual reclining seats! As before, the property is beautiful and well manicured. Lots of yard space equipped with a volleyball ball setup. Now this was really right up our alley because we were planning to bring our own volleyball net. So a pleasant and happy surprise. We had so much fun outdoors. And the grill came in handy as we barbecue'd the evening away. Oh and let me not forget we utilized the pool room as well. And the front porch was something special too. It's super big, had a nice view and it's equipped with speakers! I mean c'mon! Our host Des was amazing as well. He answers texts and phone calls immediately. Would we book this home against? 100% YES!!!

Literally the Best Property We've Ever Stayed At

The title really says it all. My friends and I (all middle aged professionals) have been getting together every year in the Poconos for two decades. This is quite literally the nicest place we've stayed. One member of our group said it best: "they managed to modernize the property without sacrificing the vintage feel." Every member of our party (8 total) had a comfortable room with adequate space. The common areas were extremely relaxing and allowed us to really unwind. Swim Spa was absolutely amazing. The kitchen provided all the amenities we needed to prepare meals for the entire (hungry) group. Highly recommended for literally any group looking to get away and decompress for a few days.

Amazing stay

Truly an amazing stay! We were so grateful that Des was able to accommodate our last minute accommodations. Great host and did a great job making us feel right a home! The house has it all...from the cozy bedrooms (there is 8 might I add) to the fabulous gourmet kitchen. Great memorable family weekend to the poconos. Cant wait to go back! We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Fantastic House and Hosts

Our group, consisting of three families with five children between the ages of 5 months and five years, had a fabulous time at this house Presidents Weekend. The house is exactly how it’s pictured on the virtual tour. We cooked all of our meals in the well appointed kitchen, spent a lot of time watching movies in the theater (streaming EVERYTHING!), played pool on the enclosed porch, and just relaxed in the other comforts of the home. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and Des and Fiola could not have been more gracious hosts— checking in and responding right away with any questions. We look forward to returning to this house again!
