As part of your stay, you’ll receive a community wristband, giving you an access to the community and allowing you to make the most of your experience. Please note that a $50 replacement fee will apply if the wristband is lost.

Please note that our cancellation policy is strict, and we are unable to issue refunds for unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather conditions, illness, or any other travel-related circumstances.
• To confirm reservation, all guests must provide ID information.
• All guests should sign the additional agreement before check-in - "Guest Liability Waiver and Release"
If guest refuses to do so, the host has the right to cancel booking through support team
