Tucked away in the gated community of Arrowhead Lake, this Poconos vacation rental home boasts 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a deck, and a sunroom with spectacular views, a stream, and a waterfall in the backyard, all in a graciously preserved acre of wooded setting (your own winter wonderland when it snows!) perfect to give you the peace you deserve or a private romantic getaway. Lake, beach, and swimming pool within walking distance. Complimentary kayaks are provided to enjoy Arrowhead Lake. In the winter, enjoy wood-burning fireplace inside house or use firepit (firewood provided) outdoor. The community also has a small hill for kids to have fun sledding (complementary sleds are provided) under the parent's supervision.

Just minutes from Jack Frost, seven tub nature area, and Big Boulder ski resorts. This 4-season chalet also features furnished decks, a charcoal grill, a picnic table, and an outdoor fire pit. Sit back, relax, meditate near the waterfall in the backyard and forget everything!!! House is equipped with a new dishwasher, new gas stove, new microwave, new Central AC. Sunroom has desk with monitor, kids games and books and foosball table. Golf cart may be available for rent on a daily basis. Plenty to see and do, you’ll never want to leave!

Arrowhead Lake Community offers a variety of amenities including 3 outdoor heated pools (operated seasonally weather-dependent), 4 sand beach swimming areas (swim at your own risk), 2 lakes, numerous playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, shuffle board and horseshoe pits. The Lodge is the focal point for a long list of events throughout the year including live music, cookouts, karaoke, movies and educational programs. The Fitness Center, Adult Billiards Room and Library are also at the Lodge/Club. A "Family Game Room" is available at the Welcome Center Lower Level and features ping pong, air hockey, pool tables and kids games.

MANDATORY COMMUNITY FEES [paid to Arrowhead Lake separately]: This is a gated community with 24x7 security patrol. All guests must be registered 3 days prior to arrival. Registration fees : $8.50 per person ($2 off-season Sept-April), per day for all guests over the age of 6; $20 transaction fee; and $20 per vehicle are mandatory and not included in your booking. $100 late fee if registration not completed within 3 days prior to arrival. A separate charge will be sent to you after you provide the number of vehicle and guests to us. Please provide the number of guests, number of vehicles and vehicle information (name of driver, make, model, year, license plate number and state) ASAP.

BEACH The community has four beaches. Beach III is 10 minutes walk from the house with access to launch your electric boat (no gas boat allowed), kayaks & Canoes. We provide one tandem and two single kayaks complimentary for your use. Kayaks are stored on the beach for easy access (from April to October).

SLEDDING HILL: Seasonally (when it snows) available unsupervised small sledding hill for kids to have fun under the parent's supervision. Use at your own risk.

SWIMMING POOL The community has three pools. The Island pool (gem of the community) is about 20 minutes walk from the house.

OUTDOOR LIVING: This 4-season chalet features hammocks, furnished decks, a Weber charcoal grill with gas ignition, a picnic table, and an outdoor fire pit. Sit back, relax, meditate near the waterfall in the backyard and forget everything!!!

GOLF CART An elecrric golf cart may be available to rent ($40 per day) on first come first serve basis. Advance booking recommended.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with freeze, dishwasher, microwave, gas range, oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics & spices

BATHROOM: Toilet equipped with eco-friendly bidet for paper-less cleaning and bathtub equipped with high quality Dr. Bronner' Pure-Castile liquid soap made with organic oils and Tresemme shampoo and conditioner.

INDOOR LIVING: 48" Smart TV, wood-burning fireplace, sunroom overlooking stream, workspace, dining table, ceiling fans. Central AC

POLICIES:
- No smoking of any kind inside the house
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Your safety matters. This property features an exterior security camera facing driveway. It does not look into any interior spaces
- 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property
- This property runs on a septic system, thus it is critical no items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc) other than septic-safe soft toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- No fireworks or floating lanterns allowed (ground/hand-held sparklers are okay)
- No loud or irritating sound allowed (either by voice or by instrument) that disturbs the peace
- Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to the host at least 3 days prior to arrival or else booking will be cancelled.
- Arrowhead Lake's beaches and pools are only open between Memorial Day and Labor Day
